I was referred to Reliable Locksmith to make an appointment to have a locksmith come out and service all my locks. The locksmith said he would be happy to come out but if I spent $10 and put some special oil in my locks it would solve 85% of my problems. They traded $100+ for $10 and excellent customer goodwill! It is so refreshing to deal with a company that is totally honest and helpful.
